Each signal that crosses the relevance gate adds nodes and edges. The canonical resolver merges aliases ("Anthropic, Inc." → "Anthropic") before write. Nodes are laid out in horizontal lanes by type. Drag any node to reposition; the layout is regenerated on reload.
